During this holiday season I would like to give a lot of things to a lot of people but sometimes people need something other than material objects. I would like to give President Bill Clinton, Michael Jordan, a homeless child and parents a couple of things - confidence, faith and pride.
I am sure that Bill Clinton wants to do what is right when making decisions concerning our country's welfare but he doesn't always know the outcome of his decisions. I think that Bill Clinton needs to be confident in his own abilities and take everyone's advice into consideration when making a decision. He must also realize that no one can be right all of the time. As long as Clinton does what he truly feels is right then he has done his job properly.
Michael Jordan is a very strong willed man. I would give him faith. Faith in knowing that his father is in a better place now and is probably very happy. Jordan also needs to remember that he has several million supporters.
I would give a homeless child and parents pride. Sometimes things don't turn out the way that people want them to, but we can't get down on ourselves and remember that we cannot ever stop trying to better ourselves.
I think that confidence, faith and pride are more important than any material objects money can buy. David C. Thompson, Grade 12 Perry Meridian High School Indianapolis

You really don't need that because he is doing the best that he can. Derek Yee, Grade 12 Perry Meridian High School Indianapolis

I would give Michael Jordan a towel to wipe off his sweat (even though he is retired). Alaina Epperson Noblesville
